What do you think are good supplements. I have heard that Flaxseed oil is very good to take. And available in capsule form. I have been cooking or adding to some salads-garlic. When sauteing or to add flavor, i use a small amount of pure 100percent virgin olive oil. i am used to that taste now. How good is sushi as a meal, healthwise?
