I like Jackie Chan also, even tho he gets way too corny. Also Jean Claude van Dam has done a few decent movies if you like martial arts.
As far as non-kick-the-guys movies, if Gene Hackman's in a movie, I usually watch it. Ditto with Harrison Ford and Denzel Washington.
You're right, I can't think of any actresses that really draw me. Well, except for the woman with the really wide mouth who's all the craze now. What's her name? And Sally Field is usually good.
Very few Jim Carrie movies are worth watching, IMO. He just doesn't know when to stop. Robin Williams sometimes does a powerful job of acting, but sometimes he goes the way of Jim Carrie. I'll usually look at his titles twice and consider them.
As for TV shows, I am proud to say that I have never bothered to watch even one episode of Seinfeld, but Star Search and Fear Factor are cool.
