I watched this shock jock on MSNBC last night and he brought up an interesting point, he was talking about how people like this who are mentally ill should be not allowed to roam the streets pandhandling, that because of our society condoning such acts as "poor beggars" and having this bleeding heart mentality, we end up letting them roam the streets and attack our children.
