Stand-up comedians who had Reagan as part of their routine dropped him as soon as they found out he had Alzheimers. It's considered distasteful to joke about his disease. Some things are just too distasteful, depending on your perspective. I didn't like and have never liked or understood any of Joshua's so-called humor.
