For the youth or others wanting to come on the anti-cult boards and not leave a trace, just go in TOOLS up your screen if you use Microsoft Internet Explorer and click then INTERNET OPTIONS, after click on:
1. Delete files
2. Delete cookies
3. Clear History and OK .
Afterwards click on START on the right bottom of your screen, ALL PROGRAMS, then on ACCESSORIES, after SYSTEM TOOLS, DISK CLEANUP, TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES and other ones there erasing one after the other all KBs.
Then all trace of your visits on ex-family boards will have disappeared as anywhere you went...
Evidently though, just a PC specialist from Microsoft or police agent could, digging in your PC Hard Drive, find all the sites you went to and all if they get ahold of your PC for some reason. Then they could find anything in somebody's PC if they want to, unless you changed your hard drive and destroyed the last one.
