Hey Mike, I was in San Diego when Troy joined the Family. He is one of the sweetest people I've ever had the privilage of meeting.
I remember all of the "Navy guys" that used to come over (I was 15-17 in San Diego), but don't recall a Mike right off hand.
Troy did go to Russia. He went with Tabitha's team.
I did see him again when he was visiting from Russia. I had moved to Seattle, and he came to the home. He was still in the Family. This was in 1996ish. That was the last I saw of him.
I will ask around though (there are a few people I'm in contact with that have been ro Russia), and I'll let you know if I come up with anything.
