Your case is probably different. Endureth's sister was not wounded by her or abandoned by her as a child. She's actually looking forward to meeting Endureth tho she probably suspects that the conversation level cannot go too deep. But if you were born in the Family (at least that's the impression I'm getting) then no my advice to Endureth's sister cannot apply to you. If you met your biological mother you'd probably have a lot of anger to work out before you could throw your arms around her and say "I love you."
