About avocados, I had a friend who had lots and lots of avacados and fed them to her dog cause she didn't like them herself. She said that dog had the healthiest, sleekest fur she'd ever seen.
The only thing I disagree with on your list is where you suggest "Eat raw juices". :c)
One of the main things I've found for healthy skin and health overall is lots of water, like you suggested. It's a shocking fact but 75% of all Americans are *chronically dehydrated* and in 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it's often mistaken for hunger.
Another factoid: drinking 8 - 10 glasses of water a day can significantly ease back and joint pains for up to 80% of sufferers.
News for computer workers: consider that a mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math and difficulty focusing on the compter screen or on a printed page. Wow. I think I need some water like, right now.
Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45% and cuts the risk of breast cancer by 79%.
So says the wise wisdom of a newspaper clipping posted on the board above my desk.
