Jules, your story is in public domain, yet you are angered that someone reposted it even in their attempt to help SGAs in whatever way you saw it as misguided. So wouldn't the same respect you expect from others apply to you?
I think that the portrayal of all FGAs as Nazis and SGAs as holocaust survivors by some SGAs continues an unhealthy division between people that does not have to be. I do not discount one iota what SGAs report as happening to them. And I also know that stories vary. I have not doubted any that I have read or heard about. However, with the dynamics of the family as they were, I just don't think that anyone in the exer community that has a conscience needs to be shamed, blamed or categorically swept aside like yesterdays newspapers. Great suffering has happened to all (and I am not talking about ME here.) It seems that many FGAs have offered to help or supply resources in which they have no control, but the response is a rebuke. Well I'm sick of rebukes. And as far as I know we are most of us adults now. There is a point where positive support can become toxic. To each his own. I am sure this will be a very unpopular post, but it is my opinion.
The good thing, if anything is that we are FREE to have different opinions, goals and thoughts. This is mine.
