Except WS is not at all a U.S. based operation. TF has a lot of their corporate legal stuff, Aurora, Activated, their bank accounting based in Zug, Switzerland.
Guess what kind of people make Zug their home: Remember the American trader, Mark Rich, the infamous billionaire, "Rich was one of the U.S. Marshals Service's most wanted men and was on the the Justice Department's list of six most wanted international fugitives..... wanted by the FBI, U.S. Customs Service, U.S. Marshal's Service, Interpol, and many other law enforcement agencies...He lived for years in Zug, Switzerland. United States government wanted posters even listed an address: Himmelrich 28, 63340 Barr." (ABCNews.com)
If all those agencies couldn't touch Rich, who lived openly in Zug, and who continued foot loose and fancy free, making millions year after year, how in the world would U.S. based legal action have any effect on TF? I'm just trying to be realistic.
By the way this Rich guy was also "the man controversially pardoned by President Clinton just before leaving office. The pardon was the subject of a congressional hearing in Washington." (Rich's ex wife is a celebrity that donatied tons the Clinton's various election campaigns.)
