My reason for suggesting that possibility was because it was raised by Daniel in his letter to M&P, ie, "judicious use of the media" in exposing the Family. I was using that as a frame of reference assuming that people would understand that was what was meant, an SG initiative that did not involve the older generation.
But I guess "talkshows" gives the wrong impression, not one I had intended, sort of like a Geraldo where all the show host wants is dirt. And like you said, who wants to bare their personal pain for questionable results? Besides, those kind of sleazy talkshows really are not the best vehicle for a serious expose. I guess I was thinking of more serious talk shows, but come to think of it, how many of thoese exist? Upon more reflection I'd probably say I had in mind the kind of docu-drama the Padilla family did a few years ago, that was professionally done and seemed to be quite effective.
