Poisonwood Bible

Has anyone read this book? I just finished and found it quite fascinating, about a fanatic Baptist Reverend who drags his family of 4 daughters and wife to the Congo to try and bring the 'message of salvation to the sinners'. It's written in a narrative style, each chapter coming from a different daughter, and outlines about 30 years of their life beginning from 1959 to the end of the '80s, covering Congo's break from Belgium, Mutubu and Zaire, and if you don't know much about Africa, esp, the Congo and Zaire, it is interesting history.

But more relatable to me was just the whole becoming a missionary family with a fanatical father and a mother who is in opposition to the idea.
