I have not tried to contact the top at Amazon, and they are the people that really count.I saw the president or founder of Amazon on a morning show with Regis? and he looked like a very decent person. These people at he community-help level are in charge of the reviews made by customers of Amazon products. I think we should not give up on the community-help people but at the same time we should target the top people at Amazon. Sam Ajemian
