Yes, I lived in, and Goth is short for Goteborg. I now live in USA, Houston TX. I was in Gothenburg for a at least a yr. (about 4 yrs in Scandinavia- Stockholm, Malmo, Goteborg, Skillingsfors, Karlstad, Helsingfors, Oslo, etc.) My youngest child was born there and did not get his birth certificate until he was over a yr. old! I was also in Copenhagen, Vejrhoj, Arhus (Denmark), W. Germany, Switzerland, Lyon, France, Spain. And here and there. The last language I was around the most was German. Kannst du auf Deutsch sprechen? I left the fam in Dec. 82. (From Switzerland) I was also in Asia for about 8 months (Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia). But there, we were kinda in exile family wise (myself, a West German guy and my kids). I am sorry I can't really remember much Swedish, but I got the basic message you wrote! I would write much better in German. I love Sweden! I wish I had stayed!!!! Anyway, what was your name in the fam? Yes, I also found Goteborg to be a fine city. Hope to talk to you more, too!
