from all that I've heard and read, from all the exmembers and members that I've met and my own personal experience, it sure seems to me that South America had and has some of the worst cases in abusive actions whether sexual, physical or mental.
Yes - and you are so right, it's as if the COG in Argentina wasn't doing anything wrong to be investigated, if you listen to some people.
