Hi Donny. Actually, the only time I ever ate roadkill (armadillo) was in the family at Zion. Only a few of us knew exactly what the meat was. (I didn't know until after I ate it.) "Macey" (Macedonia) fixed it. It actually tasted pretty good. Wouldn't care to risk it again ever, though! In Texas, people eat like they do anywhere else in the states pretty much! There is a heavy Spanish influence in my family. So there is a mixture of Spanish and American traditional food. What part of the world are you in and what did you have?
