Now that's really crossing the line, Porcelein!!! J/K, of course. I never did like the whole Santa thing, but in the F., of course, I got really militant about it. I still don't care much for it, but I'm no longer the staunch revolutionary that won't let little kids think there's a Santa Claus. I do remember my dad going to the extreme of putting ashes on his shoes and then walking on the carpet, leaving footprints going from the chimney to the tree. I was so agog that when I found out later on that it was really him and there was no Santa, I was totally devasted to think that my parents would lie to me like that. I guess that's why I was behind Berg in that whole Satan Claus mantra. I didn't think parents should do that. Little did I realize in my pea brain that in my self-righteousness I was doing worse things for the very children I was trying to protect. Well, anyway, I'm glad to hear that you and your sweet family had a good time this year. May all the best come your way for the next year ahead. Thanks also for your thoughtful christmas card!
