when you put it THAT way, yes, it does tip the scales in the direction of calling it child trafficking. Jules, I hope you know by now how I feel about all of these horrendous things that happened. I mean, what can you say - horrible, terrible, horrendous, a crime? Those words don't scratch the surface of what really occurred. I feel very, very badly that you or any other young person had to endure such a horrible life, including my own children who did not live under those Nazi-type conditions. If there were any way to change the past for any of you guys, I would be one of the first on the bad wagon to do it. I really do not think if the parents of the kids who were sent to those places really understood exactly what it was going to be like, I don't think (at least I HOPE) that they would never have allowed it to happen.
Jules, I am so sorry that your parents do not ackowledge how any of this has hurt anyone - that has to be the most frustrating thing of all. I'd really like to shake them and say, "Wake up! What the heck is wrong with you people - don't you see what a wonderful girl you have? You are missing out on her life." You have a lot to be proud of with all you have accomplished so far with your life, Jules. Many of the SGAs have done very remarkable things, surely not because of their past, but in spite of it.
