Regarding man being multi-dimensional: since we are multi-dimensional, the key to functioning properly is to learn to work with all of our dimensions. Each function we have as a human (Christian, Father, Worker, whatever) has to learn to function with each other.
What I was trying to say is that those who are opsessed with their religion don't always allow all facets of their being to function together. They base all of their decisions on the question of "What does my religion say about this?" Now, I'm not saying that it's wrong to ask that question! But I do find it disfunctional if a person doesn't take into consideration OTHER facets, such as personal freedoms of other people, politics, family, work, etc.
