One thing I had to learn after leaving was to forgive myself. To do that I had to first of all accept that I can't change the past. And heck, now that I'm free from most of that stinking Bergism, I've learned the importance of loving myself. I now look forward to the whole life that I still have before me. It's so important to be positive.
