Sorry for jumping on you Paddy. You couldn't have known & it was an innocent mistake. You must've come to this board only shortly after the whole issue of SGAs & FGAs was discussed & the different issues we face. I don't blame you for missing it as you just didn't know, it's just that I am personally very sensitive to this issue having a daughter of my own.
Snuzzles suffered those things on the group just as many others of her peers did. It may not seem like she received much encouragement from them but the point is they all understand exactly what she's saying since so many of them suffered similar things. it's wonderful if us older ex-members can offer her understanding too but my guess is that MovingOn meets her needs.
A lot of SGAs want nothing to do with older ex-members so we need to be sensitive to that. That's all. I'm glad you were moved by her story, what she suffered was pretty awful & makes me so mad at those who perpetrated such abuse. I agree with you where you called them Christian (so-called) terrorists.
