I think that Barney's boy is going to have a hard time resisting the thrill of going into all the world (nothing wrong with that) especially if there's a bunch of Fam teens his own age hanging around influencing him, knowing too, that he just might get lucky with some of those ladies. I think Barney should have him read The Judgement so he gets the whole pic if he hasn't done that already. There are other platforms from which to serve the Lord and the grief saved would be well worth it, considering he's not just making a decision for himself, but for his possible future family as well. Has he thought about that - that his wife won't really be his, except to loan out, and has he thought about how that devastates kids? Was it devastating to him or has he accepted the deception in his own life. What's mommy doing with that guy daddy? Does he know that he's going to have to tell that kid that what mommy is doing is normal and that "God's in it" and that the kid is going to probably believe the deception and carry on the madness himslf/herself until he/she wakes up to the fact that it is a deception and that it destroys families? Or does he realize that even if he doesn't tell the kids, keeps it secret, that it's still no secret? That the kids will know, even if they don't know. God's spirit will tell them and reveal the secret eventually so that they can deal with what he, himself, should be (or is going to have to) deal with. That goes for Barney too.
I can't help but think of the Lord's prayer for the young man at this time. "And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil."
