Board re-opened, message for Sam

There were a few problems caused by recent server "file not found" errors, which took almost 2 hours to fix. Thankyou for you patience. It's a shame to have to close a board down during a peak posting hour.

Thankyou for bringing the naming names issue to my attention.

Posts naming names are fine as long as they are within the criteria:

It happened to you or your minor children or you witnessed it firsthand.
You can and will testify to that in court.
The names concern the very top leadership, etc
