Why can Robert Fernandez blatantly lie? The bullshit reasoning goes like this:
The keywords are: "as a company" and "on a professional level."
On a "professional" level, as in speaking corporately and legally, Cherub Wings is not a Family product because:
1. The Family doesn't exist as a legal entity.
2. Cherub Wings is a product of Sunny-Side Up
3. Sunny-Side Up is a company that is not registered as having a connection to The Family (which doesn't exist legally and is therefore not legally possible)
4. The Cherub Wings product was not credited with being developed by The Family which doesn't exist as a legal entity. Company protocols will only show consultations with other non-Family companies while producing the series. Protocols will not show that any other connection to religious organizations. Credits show that the series was written by Robert Fernandez. Company protocols show that Robert Fernandez did not consult The Family which is impossible since it does not exist.
5. Officially, The Family has never been listed as a part of the the target market for this product Cherub Wings. It may however have been designated for sales/distribution to other non-profit organizations and friends.
That was on a "professional level." On a "personal level" Robert Fernandez is using this defence:
6. As a representative/owner/producer of Cherub Wings, he asserts that he is so far not required by law nor willing to answer personal questions. These include, whether he was ever connected to The Family, and what his personal beliefs are, and who his friends are.
