In any war, conflict, etc. there are people that get tagged for things they don't do, and those that get away who should not have. That is life. Now there were also Jews who hunted down war criminals. They did not seek out every German citizen. If that had it would have made them a far greater beast than the one they survived. (For those that did survive.) I think a good movie on this point is "The Boys From Brazil". Have you seen it, PB?
