The first one is a good question but sadly do not offer comments or answers.
For the second one, what is your problem? I am not even remotely talking about exers at all. It would be an appropriate question if you asked something like, where do exers belong in this, or something like that.
Why are you gratuitely agressive? I hope that you are functioning in good faith and with good will towards getting informed and informing others. Let me give you a hint, you are not being assertive but agressive and there is a difference.
