Knowing how convoluted the Family is both accounts could be true. I did speak with Daniele, he did voluntarily give up Alan (Patrick) but what happened after that point who knows? Maybe Daniele never gave permission for them to take Alan out of Italy but the kidnapping happened when they went to Greece?
