that if there is no accuser, then there is no accusation. Beyond that, a criminal accusation would probably have to be against specific people, the actual guilty parties.
I also understand that in order to go against some type of institution or organization, there must be some class action procedure. Besides, the responsible parties for that organization have to be identified. I believe the people who spoke in representation of the Family in that case could have been considered responsibble as their representatives. No wonder certain parties who are making hundreds of millions of dollars in so-called charitable foundations don't want to be associated with the Family.
If the IRS were to find some of that dirt under their rug...
