Even what you just said is a lot of info. Of course, there could be a lot of American exmembers living overseas who could use even that info. The fact that they are elegible for financial aid is a start and also, the tips on what to expect if you are an American living there are helpful too. They may decide it would be wiser to return to the states - who knows. Yes, any tips and/or advice would be put on our resources page for other exmembers to tap into. Thanks so much.
