Sorry if I fall short of your English expectations! But when I refer to perpetrators, I have referred to different kinds. Everyone on this earth has perpetrated something. But that does not make the types of perpetration in the family comparable. I believe you were talking about burglars for example. Then I posted back to you. What, precisely, is confusing you about what I said? How, in your view did I neglect to use the word like the rest of the English speaking world? In fact, semantics aside, what is basically bugging you about what I wrote?
