Judging by some recent posts, I thought I should make sure I am clear and not misunderstood here. We've been talking about some of the things we go through with our children and some of the difficulties. This is nothing new in families, but ours is compounded because of our past involvement in the COG/FOG. Some people may misunderstand. I just want to clarify that my children, every single one, adore me. It's surprising to me because most teenagers and often offspring in general become very estranged from their parents or at least want to be on their own and away from family. Not mine. We are all very close and they think the world of me. I don't say any of these things, the problems we've been through or continue to go through, to be demeaning to them in anyway. I would give them the world if I could and they know that.
