I don't but even if he had been saved at some point, would the stone in the neck punishment for his sins be applied?

Some people try to pull a vail over people's eyes by saying that we should forgive him/others because we are all sinners and no one is better than the nex person. If so, aren't Christians called to judge? Are not other Christians included here or only non-Christians will be judged? How can it then says in Ezequiel that a Christian who lets his brother fall carries his blood unless Christians are supposed to also see and judged what the brother is doing in order to warn him?
