Some upcoming features, thanks to your input

MV's recent comments got me re-started on building an ex-memeber directory. We had discussed this before but ran into obstacles and unanswered questions, and left it aside to prioritize other things. Well, it's never easy to translate complex human needs and rules into workable software functions. But it's do-able.

Coming very soon (hopefully) is an exFamily Directory, where you may volunteer as much or as little info about yourself as you want. You will even be able to hide your email address and use our site as a go-between for receiving mails. You will be able to log on and update or remove that info freely.

In the light of recent discussions, about gathering resources, offering real life aid and support, being there to help receive departees, etc, and also in light of recent requests from behind the scenes, I am now including some parameters in this Directory, which will allow you to specify what you may be contacted for - from having your info there just for friends to contact you... up to being an available and active participant in all ex-member pursuits.

So thanks for all your input. It's all going somewhere useful! I love constructive suggestions and converting them into services and features for you!
