Do you know if Jesse has taken his daughter to counseling? Better to let the professionals deal with this, they know what is best and the best way to go about it. It's not good for us to play therapist when we are not qualified.
Jesse, have you taken your daughter to counseling? You should immediately do that if you haven't already.
