We believe exFamily.org is pretty well researched on its legal rights. The info and tips flowing in from helpful people is invaluable, and the support generated is incredible.
There comes a point however, when putting out too much information on a public board like this can backfire.
Remember about the readership here. What we don't want, is to forewarn and forearm parties which intend to undo us. Whatever we do, we don't need to help them rethink their strategies. Let them try their hand - we do think ahead quite a bit.
You can always send in your hot tips to us directly, and write a vague version of your post here.
