The Charter, released in 1994, made 16 the age limit for sex. Older adults are not allowed to have sex with anyone under 21, there are stipulations that permit sex between someone who's 22 for example having sex with someone who's 19, because there're in the same age group. But the stipulations don't permit the 22 yr old to have sex with the 16 yr old. (When I was still in the F 2 yrs ago, well you know how young people are, with a shortage of boys and a grown up 16 yr old boy that a 21 yr old girl liked, how can you put dampers on that? In our home we were obliged to be tolerant, but in so doing we contrevened Family policy and were not upholding the Charter standard. A lot was made out of that, the CM (Charter Member) standard, one ot the main reasons I decided to leave the F, because I could see that the cult making was never going to end. (CM=Cult Made) --I'll admit it took me forever to come to those conclusions, but you all have been very understanding, thanks for that.
