Yes, do check out the book, of course, I don't go for everything he has to say, but that one point really cleared up some major issues I was having. That was some major baggage I was carrying around and his points in his book cleared it up for me. It helped me have a whole different outlook on how I view God. You know, I think there is a lot about the old testament we just don't get because we look at it from a Christian perspective. It's a very mysterious book that Christians only just scratch the surface of, take things out of context and basically misunderstand.
Thanks for your tip too. I might check out that book on payday. See how far the check goes! At least I'll add it to my book list. I just finished reading Jean Aul's latest book - The Shelters of Stone. She's always fun to read and her research is incredible. It makes one think.
