There was once a group called COG, but they disbanded and then there was another one called FOL and they were led astray by all those dirty filthy hippies that joined in the early days, so they disbanded and then were simply known as the family. After that they just did wonderful things like feed the poor, embrace relief efforts. I don't understand why all those disgruntled detractors say such awful things about such a good honest Christian organization. I have sometimes wondered though, why when they disbanded some of the same leaders and followers kept popping up... But now there are good clean ones like FCF who are heart to heart in their doctrines about F'ing comes First...(FCF) Isn't that what it stands for? But this couldn't be the "family", I mean their leaders were child molesters and pedophiles and they embraced their leader and still do. And every person knows, even those who are not Christians, that you don't keep a pedophile in charge of the kindergarten or a megalomaniac in charge of a religious, political or any other sort of power position. Why, that would just bolster their illness. Especially since they are too insane to realize it is them that are crazy and not their "enemies"
