I did a series of TV interviews a few years back, with some people who SEEMED serious about exposing the Family. In the end, it was just fodder for a morbidly curious public. My comments were edited to titillate their audience and to boost ratings. There was little or no interest in actually helping people who had been hurt by the group.
My "exposé" did nothing to hurt the Family. It only served to shock the public and raise questions about me for some of my friends and family members.
Mr. Donahue is famous for just this sort of thing. Count the cost.
