Victims should learn how to be good Christians and suffer in silence. Abusers are already suffering a disgraceful destiny that will lead them into perdition unless they repent.
That is exactly what the brother below is advocating. Let's all be sweet and forgive the abusive because theye were doing their Christian duty - or at least call it that way. That should be enough for any one who wants justice. Why go into human justice?
(This and the above post were a follow up of the false doctrine a poster below has advanced that says: since human justice is flawed, we should not pursue it but wait for God's justice.
(The flaw in this doctrine is that human justice, as imperfect and perhaps incomplete, can be used by God as a vehicle of His Will and punish the sinner. Overlooking the sin of the sinner is not a Christian value but plain stupidity.)
