Question

On a scale of 1 to 10 - how hard was it when you left the family? Ten being the hardest.Thinking of Donny's post below, I'm wondering what others' experience was in getting on their feet after the COG/FOG. I was thinking of other exmembers, one girl I know in particular who really had it very good when she left. She had an incredible support structure from her whole family and they were well off enough to provide her with a car, she had a sister who let her and the children move in with her while she found a job and got on section 8 and until she got her own place. Her children are going to college now and everyone is moving on. It's as if nothing happened to them. I'm wondering if it was easier for her being a single mom because she had more sympathy from her family. For me, it wasn't anything like that and I wondered what others went through.
