I've read posts by Joseph that Ado was a leader and according to Rocky who met him years ago he was a leader then too. Into PR representing the Family, and now you point out that he was making "victor camp" tapes. Sounds like he was in with the thick of them so even if he's still not got the big title and is just a little leader there's a history of leadership roles to him.
