Reaction to Mercy's story

finished reading your book this morning. I am amazed how similar to my story, so that I don't have to write another book, just change the names of people and places and so similar. I thought I was a freak and everybody else had a grand time in the family! My husband was so much like yours it's incredible, and the way I was viewed by the leadership, not being able to confide in anyone, when asking help from leadership getting rebuked and chopped, the fear, oh so many things.

Thank you for sharing your story. Thank you for your humility in hiding nothing, as "some" of the things were so hard to relive. I wept a lot as I
read it. Everyone should know what we went through so they don't have to, be wiser people learning from the experiences of others.
You are very precious. And I just am so relieved that you are finally getting the break that you so deserve and that you are in a good situation. God is good (even though when I was reading, I wept and said, 'Why, why?') I thought I had passed the point of saying why to God but
it all brought back the memories and the pain that I lived also.
