Were the crimes committed on US soil? Was Jay on US soil when he perpetrated these acts?
Was he on US soil when you summoned him to come?
I would like to know these details because they can help establish some guidelines and a precedent to go by. Up until now I thought you could not bring someone to justice in a certain country if the crime did not happen there. 2 of my children's abusers are not in this country. I know the legal names and nationality. They need to be brought to justice as they are serial abusers, of the kind that ruined so many kids' lives. And some of it was tantamount to torture, with the whispered sick threat of "do not tell anybody or else" coupled with the "Jesus loves you, I love you" - Is it any wonder some of these young adults just cannot stand 'religious' impositions and struggle to develop 'normal' love relationships?
Can you pls explain?
If you want to do it privately, you can reach me at
Thank you.
