if you have a tendency to addiction, then anything can be addictive.
Why add to the trauma? We have already seen that legalising alcolhol didn't solve any problems with people that had a tendency to that.
Why not learn from our past mistakes with cigerettes and alcolhal instead of adding still another addictive problem to the equation?
Medical is one thing, legalising it is another.
