That's is why I said doing business among themselves they don't see any need to learn any other language. If they want to do business with you in yuour language they will learn it. They have the right to either learn or stay ignorant. Coming to this country gives tham that right.
YOu are also free to do business with them or not. If you don't like Miami or give your business to people who don't understand you, you don't have to to. You are also free to do it but complaining about them who don't learn English to do business with you should also make you complain about yourself not learning their language to do business with them.
You want them to learn your language for your convenience. You don't need to give them your business.
