And I personally know people who have used it or its more potent derivative, Marinol, to treat nausea and lack of appetite. (People with AIDS) and also a guy with Glaucoma. No it doesn't CURE. But many doctors and patients would beg to differ with your report. It is also my opinion that pot is less harmful than alcohol. I like the way the Dutch view and deal with drugs. They are very strict on "hard" drugs and lenient on pot. Personally, I don't smoke it, don't drink but don't judge those who do. I support those who use it as a complement to their treatment for chronic diseases where it has been shown to be effective. I am not a Dr. so I could not detail the mechanism of HOW it is effective, but there are doctors that can. Otherwise, it would not be legal in some states for medicinal purposes.
