Hang in there! When it gets overwhelming and you feel down, do something nice for yourself, especially when you don't feel like it. There have been times when I have gotten so discouraged (and I do not deal with what you are dealing with) that I would go to bed in my street clothes, I was just so tired. Didn't even pull down a cover. That's when it helps to force yourself to make yourself more comfortable, like putting clean fresh sheets on the bed, getting into something comfortable, taking a soaking relaxing bath or shower before, making a hot cup of tea or whatever is soothing to you. Reading a good book that is not associated with family or family or religious stuff (for me it helps). Take care of yourself during all of this. You need it and deserve it!! :)
