OK then, what exactly is "The Family?" Since they are not a legal organization they can't own ANYTHING.
Perhaps the copyrights have been assigned to some individual. It would be interesting to know who that individual was.
Regarding the letter of warning which was received from some mysterious email address, there was a very nice official reply given to that letter and I understand that no response to the reply was ever received. This would seem to indicate that the original letter was bogus or at the very least a bluff.
