Interesting concept but I take issue. A contract is supposed to take place between two parties with good faith. Good faith is a fundamental assumption. Speaking half truths in order to gain undully advantage is not acting in good faith. Such engagement can be called a contract but not a valid contract. Even those commitments Family members are supposed to sign nowadays ccould be considerd under duress and rendered invalid if challenged.
